According to a report, a Munich police officer should have targeted cans on colleagues on the eve of the G20 summit in July. He was suspended. Now the LKA is determined.

A police officer from Munich was apparently involved in violent protests around G20 summit in Hamburg in July. The official was investigated for suspected of attempted dangerous bodily injury, a spokeswoman from police Presidium of Munich shared with him. The Bavarian state Office refore determines in case.

Because of severity of accusation, official was provisionally suspended from service, spokeswoman furr said. In addition to criminal investigations, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against him. The authority did not want to give information on name or age of official.

During meeting of Heads of State, re were riots, attacks on police and looting, especially in district of Hamburg's ramparts. Despite use of more than 20,000 police officers, rioters ignited numerous cars and looted business. Hundreds of emergency personnel were injured.

According to a report by world, man should have targeted officials on eve of summit with cans. According to this, also against his Hamburg girlfriend is determined for attempted dangerous bodily injury and assaulting attack on enforcement officials. According to report, Munich apartment of man and his girlfriend in Hamburg were searched.

According to world, suspect was identified by colleagues. Recordings of riots in Hamburg were thus entered into police-internal G20 manhunt of BKA. In this way, policemen from all over country were able to access m – including man's Munich colleagues.
