A Muslim mom of four was wrongfully arrested for assault by NYPD cops — then humiliated when they forced her to take off her hijab at the precinct, according to a new Manhattan lawsuit.

Rabab Musa, 34, claims she was leaving a Midtown Starbucks around 6 p.m. Sept. 6 when she was cuffed for misdemeanor assault.

Police sources could not explain why Musa was arrested because the charges were dropped, and the record is sealed, but she denies committing any crime.

The West 51st Street resident says she was hauled into the Midtown South precinct, where cops made her take off her head scarf in front of male officers and other prisoners without giving her a reason.

Musa likened the experience to “being paraded around naked.’’

She was eventually released.

Her lawyer, Aymen Aboushi, says the ordeal violated her religious freedom and “traumatized’’ her. She’s suing for unspecified damages.

A city Law Department spokesman said the complaint will be reviewed.
