The Chicago Cubs’ players received a speedy message about the importance of staying humble prior to Tuesday’s workout.

It was strength and conditioning coach Tim Buss who delivered the message again.

Only this time, Buss — dressed in a blue suit and chains around his neck — drove onto the conditioning field in a white Ferrari.

The players, who gathered on the field for their daily brief meeting, turned to see Buss in the sports car and greeted him with applause as he parked the vehicle in the middle of the field.

Buss conducted his daily meeting before the Cubs conducted their stretching drills.
