Major civil rights organization LatinoJustice PRLDEF, formerly known as the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, is leaving 99 Hudson St.
It has called the 97-year-old, 123,000-square-foot Tribeca building home for 25 years.
The group owns the entire 14th floor there and has tapped CBRE Group to advise it on a sale.
LatinoJustice plans to expand at a new location — yet to be announced.
Its 12,328-square-foot space at 99 Hudson — a 17-story building located between the Borough of Manhattan Community College and New York Law School — has 13-foot ceilings and grand views.
CBRE Investment Properties’ Ned Midgely said it’s “ideal for any firm looking for an exceptional Tribeca location” — noting that the Indian restaurant Tamarind is right downstairs.
The building was renovated in 2008.
