CLEVELAND, Ohio — Last year, I went to China and visited the Great Wall. Walking up and down the seemingly endless series of steps, I wondered who built the wall and their reason for constructing it.
Enter “The Great Wall,” a action blockbuster starring Matt Damon that provides “alternative facts” about the wall’s origins and purpose.
The movie leads this week’s trio of new releases. There’s also “Fist Fight,” about, well, a fist fight as well as a psychological thriller from Gore Verbinski (the first “Pirates the Caribbean” trilogy).
See clips of the movies in the video above.
