CLEVELAND, Ohio – No one was injured Wednesday night in a crash involving a city salt truck, police said.

The crash happened about 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of West 58th Street and Detroit Avenue in Cleveland’s Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood. A Cleveland city salt truck was involved in the two-vehicle crash, Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said.

Police were on scene to divert traffic while the crash was investigated and cleared. The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
