LaMarcus Aldridge provided a statement of sorts heading into his All-Star break.

Aldridge went for a game-high 23 points and Kawhi Leonard chipped in with 22 to pace the Spurs to a 107-79 triumph over Orlando in their final game before an upcoming eight-day break.

Patty Mills had 13 points and six assists off the bench and Dewayne Dedmon provided another double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds as the Spurs cruised to their fourth victory in the first six games of the Rodeo Road Trip.

San Antonio’s suffocating defense limited Orlando to 39.5 percent shooting from the field and forced 17 turnovers the Spurs turned into 23 points.

The Spurs forced nine turnovers and held Orlando to 40 percent in the first quarter as they surged to a 30-16 lead in a game where they never trailed.

They pushed the lead to 52-27 on a reverse layup by David Lee with 2:12 left in the first half, capping an 18-4 run. The Spurs led 54-37 at the break.

The victory was the seventh in the last nine games for the Spurs (43-13), who earned a measure of revenge after losing to the Magic at the AT&T Center on Nov. 29.

The struggling Magic (21-37) dropped their fifth defeat in their last six games and 13th in their last 17 games.

Nikola Vucevic led Orlando with 16 points and 10 rebounds and Aaron Gordon and Jeff Green chipped in with 11 points apiece.

Manu Ginobili left the game with a left ankle impingement late in the third quarter. His status is uncertain heading into the break.
