SARATOGA SPRINGS — A Queensbury man who city police said has spent the last six months selling cocaine in the city was arrested Tuesday.

The U.S. Marshal’s Task Force picked up Christain Maldonado, 35, on Tuesday in Wilton, Saratoga Springs police said. He was charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies. He also faces three misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision also was looking for Maldonado for absconding.

He was arraigned Tuesday in Saratoga County Court and sent to county jail.
