Warrant arrest, Green Road: At 3:05 p.m. Feb. 8, a Shaker heights woman, 38, called police after finding an unresponsive woman lying on a home’s lawn. A rescue squad took the woman to Ahuja Medical Center.

As police spoke to the witness, it was found that she was wanted on a Shaker Heights police warrant. The woman was arrested and turned over to Shaker Heights police.

OVI, Longmeadow Lane: At 11:50 p.m. Feb. 8, a woman drove her car off the road. It was subsequently learned that the woman, 25, of Beachwood, was drunk. The woman was charged with OVI.

Disorderly conduct, Sulgrave Oval: At 4:40 p.m. Feb. 10, police were called about a Beachwood man, 18, and a Beachwood boy, 16, fighting. Both were charged with disorderly conduct.

Theft, Cedar Road: At 8:45 p.m. Feb. 10, police arrested a Shaker Heights girl, 16, for stealing $292 worth of merchandise from Sephora at Beachwood Place mall, 26300 Cedar Road.

OVI, Chagrin Boulevard: At 12:35 a.m. Feb. 11, police stopped a Mayfield Heights man, 40, for speeding. During the traffic stop it was learned that the man was drunk. The man was charged with speeding and OVI.

Theft, Chagrin Boulevard: At 4:55 p.m. Feb. 12, police received a report about a disturbance between two men in the parking lot of Beachwood Pointe Rehabilitation, 23900 Chagrin Blvd. After investigating the matter, police found that one of the men, 59, of Cleveland, had stolen from an elderly resident’s room at the facility an incontinence product and a gown.

Officers then looked in the man’s car and found meat stolen from a local Giant Eagle grocery store. In all, the stolen items totaled $66.

The man was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Marijuana possession, Eaton Boulevard: At 9:55 p.m. Feb. 12, a woman called police from Aloft Hotel, 1010 Eaton Blvd. The woman stated that her ex-spouse was attempting to take her car.

Police found the man, 27, of Euclid, in the hotel lot. The car and its keys were recovered. The man was cited for being in possession of marijuana.

Driving under suspension, Richmond Road: At 2:50 a.m. Feb. 13, police stopped a woman’s car for being driven outside of marked lanes. It was then discovered that the woman, 23, of Cleveland, was wanted on an active warrant and that she was driving with a license suspended because of a prior drunk driving charge.
