BRUNSWICK — Disorderly conduct, W. 130th Street: Police responded to a call at 5:04 a.m. Feb. 13 that a “suspicious person who was partially dressed (was) running around the area.” Police located the man, who admitted to being under the influence of hallucinogenic narcotics. He was cited for disorderly conduct and taken to the Cleveland Clinic’s Brunswick Campus by the Brunswick Fire Department.

Disorderly conduct, Pearl Road: A woman reported being “assaulted” while at her Grandmother’s funeral at St. Ambrose Church at 11:35 a.m. Feb. 13. An unidentified friend of the woman’s aunt allegedly “violently shoved her” and yelled at her while she was speaking to the aunt. The victim’s father reportedly witnessed the incident. The victim told police she only wanted to document the incident and did not want them to contact her aunt or to try to identify the suspect.

Drug paraphernalia, Pearl Road: Police responded to a suspicious person call at 1:38 a.m. Feb. 10 and found two 18-year-old men and a 17-year-old boy inside the car identified by witnesses. Police smelled the odor of marijuana from inside and found drug paraphernalia and alcohol. The two men were cited for drug paraphernalia possession. They told officers the teen had nothing to do with the paraphernalia or alcohol, but rather had just been getting a ride home from the two men. The boy was not cited and was later released to his mother.

Traffic offense, Pearl Road: A driver was cited for failing to stop for a legally stopped at 7:53 a.m. Feb. 9. The incident was reportedly witnessed by the bus driver.

Criminal damaging, Pearl Road: A woman reported the rear window of her GMC Terrain shattered some time around 10:10 p.m. Feb. 7 while the truck was parked in the lot at Sidelines Bar. She told police she suspects her ex-husband of causing the damage. No further information was available at the time of the report.
