The How
A nice high pressure system will bring temperatures above average this weekend, and keep skies nice and dry. High pressure systems cause sinking motion in the atmosphere, which leads the air to dry significantly, and become very stable.
Since rain and snow showers need moisture and instability to form, this is why precipitation chances are so low all weekend.
