CLEVELAND, Ohio — After nearly 18 months of wedded bliss, actor/director George Clooney and his wife, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, are expanding their family.
The couple is expecting twins, according to an announcement made by Julie Chen, co-host of the daytime syndicated talk show, “The Talk.”
George Clooney, 55, proposed to Amal, 39, in April of 2014. The two exchanged vows in Venice, Italy in September of that same year.
Recently, another high-profile couple, performers Beyonce and Jay-Z, also announced they are expecting twins.
