Tom Brady quarterbacked the New England Patriots to an epic overtime come-from-behind win against the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl Ll, and was named MVP as he earned his fifth Super Bowl ring.
His wife, apparently, thinks that’s enough.
Brady said his wife, model Gisele Bundchen, asked him to retire. Like, three times.
His response?
“If it was up to my wife, she’d have me retired today,” Brady said. “She told me that last night, three times.
“And I said too bad, babe. You know, I’m having too much fun now.”
Brady went to say he feels like he can still play and remains committed to working hard and preparing to compete.
“I still plan on playing for a long time,” he said.
