CLEVELAND, Ohio – It’s going to be a crazy weather weekend for Northeast Ohio. Sunday, a pretty moderate warm-up is expected, with temperatures topping out in the 50s, with high chances of rain.

The How

A high pressure system will suppress precipitation chances a bit on Friday, keeping skies just mostly cloudy, but some lingering moisture could spark a few light snow flurries. The rest of the weekend, warm air advection from the South will warm up temperatures above seasonable averages. Since temperatures are so warm, the precipitation expected Sunday from a passing low-pressure system will fall purely rain.
