LC, the one-eyed alpaca who was found abandoned in Boulder County in November, has been adopted.

LC had been staying at Knick O’ Time over the holidays while she recovered from a surgery to remove an injured eye. But Stephanie Wendorf, the executive director at Knick O’ Time, said she was adopted in late January.

The alpaca — nicknamed “LC” by Boulder County deputies because she was found near Lyons Crest — was found wandering around on Nov. 1. Because her owner never came forward, the alpaca was put up for adoption.
