Only a few days past Groundhog Day and Seattle is already seeing a bit more winter action. 

Depending on where you were, those around Puget Sound saw anywhere from inch or two to as much as 14 inches Sunday night. The snowfall triggered school and road closures, airport backups, and a power outage that affected 86,000 people across Western Washington, including 6,300 Seattle City Light customers.
