CLEVELAND, Ohio — Greater Cleveland Volunteers enriches the community and individuals through volunteer services. We recruit individuals age 18 years+ to volunteer at 100+ nonprofit organizations throughout Cuyahoga County.

Clinic Ambassadors – Community clinics need volunteers to greet patients, provide wheelchairs, direct patients and visitors, check on patients in waiting rooms and provide a hospitality cart in the lobby areas. Access Your Benefits Volunteer – Provide assistance to seniors in identifying and enrolling in essential programs that improve their quality of life through the Access Your Benefits project. Answer phones and maintain filing system; assist seniors in completing paperwork and provide follow-up consultations.  Training provided. Flexible weekday schedule. Handymen and Women – Join a team of volunteers who provide various minor home repairs and improvements for needy, low-income, elderly families and residents with disabilities.  Training is provided.  Call Sandy at 216-391-9500 x 120 or sfrazer@greaterclevelandvolunteers.org

Senior Centers Need You Volunteers needed to help at senior centers that offer a variety of programming for low income seniors. Assist by helping serve lunch or coffee at the center, help with activities, or prepare and deliver meals to homebound seniors. Opportunities are available during the day on weekdays.
