CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio – Juvenile Problem, East Washington Street: Police are investigating an incident involving Chagrin Falls students sharing inappropriate photos. On Jan. 27, a school official reported that several boys had photos of a female student on their cell phones. The school was investigating the incident, but one parent refused to cooperate.

Unwanted Guest, Bell Street: An employee of a business received a phone call Jan. 25 from an over-demanding client and the manager requested special attention to the area. Police arrived, but the former client did not.

Criminal Mischief, East Washington Street: A mother called police Jan. 26 to report that while her son was visiting his father, someone slashed the tire on her vehicle parked in the driveway.

Disturbance, Miles Road: A man went to the police department shortly after midnight Jan. 26 to report a conflict with another man. An officer spoke to all parties involved and advised them to not have contact with each other.

Suspicious, Maple Street: After seeing an elderly woman trying to hitch a ride in the middle of the street 1:13 p.m. Jan. 31, a motorist alerted police. She was gone upon arrival of the patrol car.

Traffic Stop, Chagrin Boulevard: When an officer on patrol passed a woman driver shortly before 1 p.m. Jan. 31, the woman had her cell phone in front of her face. After stopping her, the woman said she was using the hands-free function.
