A ruptured gas line in South Fayette forced some residents to evacuate Monday morning, Allegheny County officials said.
The incident was reported shortly before 11 a.m. near Pleasant Rise Court, according to county social media.
According to the post, a construction crew ruptured a gas line, which prompted residents in the area to be evacuated while repairs were made.
