She’s pregnant with her boyfriend’s child, but never wants to see him again.

A Bushwick mom sobbed Saturday as she recalled missing all the signs that her 9-year-old daughter was being repeatedly raped in her own home allegedly by her boyfriend of three years.

“I should have picked up the signs,” cried the mom, whose name is being withheld by The Post to protect the identity of her daughter.

Boyfriend Phillip Payne is charged with not only sexually assaulting the girl, but also of duct-taping her and her little brother against a wall by the arms and then pressing nails into their palms in mock “crucifixions.”

The abuse happened during Christmas week as the girl and her brother, who usually live with their father, were visiting the mom, police said.

“They would interact normally” when the mom was around, she said. “They would play with [Payne]. They would ask him for stuff and he would give it to them. It didn’t seem like nothing out of the ordinary. It seemed like he loved them.”

Still, the daughter “was showing anger towards me and being disobedient” and she “was never like that,” the mom said. “I should have seen it.”

The girl and her brother are now in the custody of the Administration for Children’s Services, she said.

The mother, who is 31 weeks pregnant with Payne’s child, said, “I never want to talk to him ever again.”

She added, “I haven’t seen my daughter” in three weeks. “It’s been hard to deal with it all.”
