CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Waves, Montage and Lonely Pirate Committee on Saturday night earned spots in the Final Exam of the 21st annual Tri-C High School Rock Off.

They will join Funeral Proposals, No Good Solutions and the Frats, who earned their seats in the Saturday Feb. 25, finale of the competition at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in the opening round of the Rock Off.

The Waves are from Archbishop Hoban and Woodridge high schools; Montage, Cleveland School of the Arts; and Lonely Pirate Committee, Lake Catholic, Shaker Heights and University School.

The Rock Off continues at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Rock Hall. Tickets, $10, are available from participating bands, at the Rock Hall box office and online at rockhall.com/rockoff.
