Someone shot a 36-year-old man in a cemetery while he was attending a funeral Saturday afternoon in Hillside, officials said.
The incident happened about 2:50 p.m. at Oakridge Cemetery, 4301 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Hillside, according to Cook County sheriff’s police spokeswoman Sophia Ansari.
The victim was taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood but his condition was not available.
No arrests have been made, Ansari said.
