The top two seeds in the District 11 Class 2A wrestling tournament will meet in the final.

Saucon Valley, the top seed, rolled past No. 4 Northwestern 63-9 and second-seeded Wilson beat No. 3 Pine Grove 43-23 in the semifinals on Saturday at Freedom High School.

The Panthers got pins from Paul Miller (0:22 at 126 pounds), Angelo Mahaffey (2:34 at 138), Zach Petrucelli (0:40 at 160), Abe Lugo (1:12 at 182) and Stephen Good (0:49 at 195) in the win over Northwestern.

The Warriors got falls from Jared Corriere (0:47 at 126) and Lamont Singletary (3:45 in 160). They also had technical falls recorded by Marckis Branford (5:34 at 120) and Alec Snyder (5:16 at 170). Wilson clinched the match with a 2-1 decision by Kolby Flank over Pine Grove’s Zach Leffler at 220.

Saucon Valley beat Wilson 51-15 in the regular season.
