Deputies have arrested a camp counselor and second-grade teacher accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at a Marion County summer camp last year.
Rohan Cordy, a 28-year-old teacher at a Sweet Home elementary school, worked as a counselor at a YMCA summer camp at Silver Falls State Park between June and August 2016, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
He’s facing four counts of second-degree sex abuse and a single count of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, court records show.
Deputies arrested Cordy on Thursday. A sheriff’s office spokesman said deputies don’t think there are any more alleged victims.
Cordy works at Holley Elementary School, deputies said. He’s being held in the Marion County Jail.
