Winters won two individual events and was part of two victorious relay teams in the Red Rovers’ 63-38 win over Stroudsburg on Thursday.
He won the 100 butterfly with a 58.03 and the 100 breaststroke with a 1:06.77.
The Red Rover also teamed with Bailey Bevins, Galen Deery and Benjamin Livingston to win the 200 medley relay with a 1:54.21. Winters then joined Bevins, Joseph Frasca and Ryan Frasca to take first place in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:38.27.
