A person was shot twice today in the Greenville section of Jersey City, according to police radio transmissions and a freelance photographer at the scene.
The victim was shot in the thigh and hand at roughly 12:15 p.m., according to police radio transmissions and Joe Shine, a photographer who arrived at the scene shortly after the incident.
Shell casings were found near Romar and Greenville avenues, just west of Kennedy Boulevard, according to the police scanner.
