SAN ANTONIO — Parts of Interstate 10 are closed in The Dominion area Wednesday afternoon after an 18-wheeler left the road and struck a median.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office announced the accident via twitter at 4:23 p.m. on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 at Ralph Fair Road, coming into San Antonio.
Texas Department of Transportation warnings indicate traffic is also being affected in Pinbahis the westbound lanes.

Authorities are urging drivers to avoid the area.
