LYNDHURST, Ohio — Lyndhurst Municipal Court Judge Mary Kaye Bozza has filed with the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to seek her fourth six-year term.

Bozza, a Democrat, filed paperwork Jan. 6, ahead of the Feb. 1 filing deadline for the May primary elections. Also filing for the position of judge of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court, which has jurisdiction over Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield, Highland Heights, Richmond Heights and Gates Mills, was Republican Dominic Coletta.

In Mayfield Heights, under the charter change made last year, because there are but two candidates for mayor, there will be no May primary election.

Mayor Anthony DiCicco has filed for a second elected term. He will be opposed in November in the non-partisan election by Council President Gayle Teresi.
