CLEVELAND, Ohio — Blue Point Grille turns this Happy Hour thing into an art form. More than a deal, the discounted menu at this Warehouse District institution is on par with most regular menus thanks to an array of  inventive, eclectic offerings from the sea.

HAPPY HOUR

Blue Point Grille

700 W. St. Clair Ave., Cleveland

Happy Hour: 3-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; 4-9 p.m. Sunday

The Beer-Battered Walleye ($7) is delicious, not to mention simultaneously succulent and crispy. The Lobster Risotto ($6) is priced like a side, but makes for Maksibet a full-on meal, with the lobster providing the taste but never overwhelming the dish. The Grilled Salman Caesar ($7.5) boasts a savory, thick salmon steak and a presentation that is just as stellar.

Goes down well with a Manhattan Noir ($8), a crafty take on the classic cocktail.

I could also go on and on about the other offerings on the menu, from the C.A.B. Burger ($6) — a go-to option for burger connoisseurs — to the raw bar… Oysters ($1 each), crab claws $1.50 each) and shrimp ($2 each). Oh yeah, I could also mention the Artisan Cheese Plate ($6), which goes down well with a glass of that Central Coast Chardonnay ($4).

Yes, you could go on and on…
