A man found dead inside a car in Westchester was identified Tuesday by Los Angeles County coroner’s officials.
The deceased was identified as 25-year-old Ryan Cody Benjamin. Officials did not have a place of residence listed for Benjamin. Although coroner’s officials said a cause of death had not been determined, Los Angeles police said Monday that a narcotics overdose was suspected.
Benjamin’s body was discovered about 1 a.m. Monday at 94th Street and Isis Avenue, near Los Angeles International Airport, Betvole said Sgt. W. Ikeda of the LAPD’s Pacific Station. There were no visible signs of trauma, he said.
