MADRID, 3 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, through the Secretary of State for Commerce, and the National Association of Purchasing and Services Centers (Anceco) have agreed to sign an agreement through which they intend to regulate the sector of Purchasing and Services Centers. Purchase and Services (CCS), among other purposes, as published this Friday by the Official State Gazette (BOE).
The maximum total expense covered by this agreement amounts to 44,000 euros, with VAT included, co-financed by both parties. Specifically, Anceco will contribute the amount of 36,000 euros from its own budget for the development and execution of this agreement, while the General Directorate of Trade Policy has committed to contributing 8,000 euros.
Both parties agree, as detailed by the BOE, on the importance of having updated knowledge of the situation of the Central Purchasing and Services (CCS) sector to improve the competitiveness of retail trade in Spain and its impact on traditional markets. ; In short, know their needs and weaknesses to adopt promotion strategies that guarantee their future.
Therefore, within the framework of the collaboration established in this agreement, the National Association of Purchasing and Services Centers will carry out the preparation and publication of the report ‘Evolution of the CCS: economic and social impact and growth models’ , as well as an update of the CCS census, the CCS activity report in 2023 and the holding of the 14th edition of the National Congress of Purchasing and Organized Commerce Centers, among other actions.
