BARCELONA, 23 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Cellnex has appointed Raimon Trias as the new chief financial officer (CFO) to replace José Manuel Aisa, who will leave the position on October 31 “as announced,” the group reported this Monday in a statement.

Trias will join the company on December 1 from Natra Group, where he held the same position, and will also join the Executive Committee of Cellnex.

Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB), with senior management training from Iese and with more than 20 years of experience in industrial groups such as Natra, Pescanova and Celsa, he has developed his career in Spain, Poland and the United Kingdom.

The CEO of Cellnex, Marco Patuano, has pointed out about Trias that “his excellent management skills include a proven ability to lead teams and work together with the operations and business areas.”

For his part, Trias has expressed his satisfaction at joining a group that “has become an industrial and financial benchmark that has experienced unprecedented growth and is now focused on the consolidation and full integration of its operations.”
