1. Add 350 MW of AI and cloud-ready hyperscale data centers:

With the massive rise in adoption of AI applications and cloud technologies, the demand for AI and cloud-ready data centers is on the rise. CtrlS Datacenters will invest in several key technologies and strategies in areas such as advanced cooling, energy management and overall infrastructure design in its new hyperscale data centers.

These include Liquid Cooling (Direct-to-chip or immersion cooling), AI HVAC, AI Optimized Rack Layout, High-Efficiency Power Infrastructure, etc., and will provide a plug-n-play environment for emerging technology service providers. can grow their IT footprint seamlessly.

Currently, CtrlS Datacenters has 12 state-of-the-art data centers with a capacity of 234 MW spread across seven major cities: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, Lucknow and Patna. The investment plan includes the addition of approximately 350 MW of capacity in new and existing hyperscale and edge data centers, both in India and select markets in Southeast Asia.

2. Achieve a net zero or carbon neutral balance by 2030:

CtrlS Datacenters aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. The company is investing in 153 megawatt peak (MWp) solar projects in three markets, which will generate 250,000 megawatt hours (MWh) of energy per year. This includes a 145 MWp solar project in Maharashtra that will be fully owned and managed by the company. By 2025, CtrlS Datacenters plans to invest in additional 300 MWp projects.

CtrlS Datacenters aims to achieve its net zero goals through a multi-pronged strategy, which goes beyond renewable energy. The company will continue to improve its water conservation measures by deploying more advanced water recycling technologies, in line with its goal of using 100% recycled water in all its data centers.

3. Double the number of people by 2029:
