The Ibex 35 has advanced 0.55% in the session on Tuesday, which has led it to recover the level of the 9,300 points it lost last Friday, despite the fact that today’s session has not had great references .

The main news will be known from tomorrow, when new PMI indices and the results of Nvidia in the United States will be published.

But the big event this week will be the central bankers’ summit in Jackson Hole, which will start next Thursday and whose highlight will be the interventions of the president of the European Central Bank (ECB), Christine Lagarde, and the president of the Federal Reserve of the United States, Jerome Powell, scheduled for Friday.

The Renta 4 analysts highlight the publication yesterday of the Bundesbank’s monthly bulletin, which reflects a stagnation in activity between April and June, as a result of which the German economy is going through a “phase of weakness”.

In this context, the Ibex 35 closed at 9,314.0 points, with Colonial (2.82%), ArcelorMittal (2.82%), Rovi (2.19%), Acciona EnergĂ­a (1.91%), Merlin Properties (1.55%) and ACS (1.37%) as notable increases.

Only Repsol (-0.64%), Grifols (-0.41%), Indra (-0.38%), Sabadell (-0.32%), Bankinter (-0.20%) and Melia (-0.08%).

The main European stock markets have also appreciated in today’s session: Frankfurt has risen 0.66% at the close; Milan, 0.64%; Paris, 0.59%; and London, 0.18%.

On the other hand, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 0.43%, to 84.10 dollars, while Texas stood at 80.49 dollars, 0.24 % less.

In the currency market, the price of the euro against the dollar rose to 1.0847 ‘green bills’, while in the debt market the interest required on the 10-year Spanish bond stood at 3.664%, with the risk premium at 103 basis points.
