Cepsa has been the only Spanish energy company included in the list of the 100 best companies to work for worldwide in 2023, according to a study carried out by ‘Newsweek’.

The energy company has occupied position number 68 in the ranking, where it has been highlighted that it is a “pioneer” in sustainability, the values ​​that have been launched from the company to elevate its vision and the hybrid work model that is offered to its employees.

From Cepsa they have indicated that the company is developing a set of projects to continue “promoting its cultural transformation” and to successfully face its strategic plan.

Thus, they have highlighted the 2030 ‘Positive Motion’ strategy to become a benchmark in the energy transition, as well as the production of green hydrogen and advanced biofuels or, in the social sphere, its objective of reaching at least 30% of women in leadership positions in 2025, and 2% people with disabilities on staff and 1% with external collaborators.

Along with Cepsa, the other Spanish firm that is part of the ranking is TravelPerk, a business travel management platform based in Barcelona, ​​which ranks number 49, being the only Spanish company that accompanies the energy company Cepsa in the ranking. Produced by ‘Newsweek’.
