CAF’s board of directors has agreed to distribute a dividend of 0.861 gross euros per share on July 6, charged to the results corresponding to the financial year 2022, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) this Thursday. .

The net amount of this dividend, once the corresponding tax withholding has been deducted, will be 0.697 euros per share.

July 4 is the date from which the shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend (‘ex date’), while payment will be made through Iberclear and Kutxabank will act as the paying entity.

In 2022, CAF obtained a net attributable profit of 52 million, which represents a drop of 39% compared to the profits registered a year ago, due to the impact of inflation and the crisis of raw materials.
