The board of directors of Urbas has approved the appointment of Jaime Polanco as executive vice president of the company, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Monday.

Polanco, who worked in the Prisa group as CEO of Strategy and Corporate Development and was executive president of Prisa Internacional until 2009, joined the Urbas board of directors in August 2021 as an independent director and is also a member of its Committee Appointments and Remuneration.

Currently and since 2011 he is executive director of Latin Boost Group, a strategic consultant in public and corporate affairs specialized in Latin America.
