i-DE, Iberdrola’s distributor, has received the award for ‘Best Customer Experience Strategy’ at the tenth edition of the Association for the Development of Customer Experience (DEC) awards, which has made it the first distributor to be recognized with this award, as reported by the company this Saturday.
Specifically, this recognition has been awarded for its cultural transformation project and its processes, whose objective is to place the customer at the center, within its ‘Customer Experience Plan’.
Likewise, the company has managed to reduce the claims received for supply quality by 87%, and has obtained a Net Promoter Score (NPS) more than 23 points above the industry average.
In Spain, i-DE has explained that it manages more than 260,000 kilometers of power lines, with a presence in a dozen autonomous communities and 25 provinces.
Likewise, it has more than 97,000 transformation centers in service and more than 1,000 substations to offer the best service to its more than 11 million customers.
With a view to 2025, the company will allocate 27,000 million euros to its network business to develop its activity globally and in Spain, specifically, it will allocate 5% of the total, which will mean an amount of 1,350 million euros.
