‘Promoting Talent’ is a global initiative that seeks to promote technology training among people with difficulties in accessing the labor market
The technology sector is growing by leaps and bounds and companies increasingly demand more experts in new technologies. For this reason, NEORIS, the global digital accelerator with more than 22 years of experience in the digital transformation of large companies, has announced the launch of a new edition of its global program ‘Promoting Talent’ to incorporate 152 profiles into the company in 4 different areas of its offices in Madrid, Murcia and Galicia. This program was created to respond to the needs of the labor market and mitigate the lack of talent in the sector, and its objective is to train people who are in different professional situations: young people without experience, professionals who want to redirect their professional career towards technology or experienced profiles who seek to re-enter the labor market. Through this new edition, more than 150 young people will be trained in cutting-edge technologies and will be part of real teams and projects in areas such as data analytics, CRM, RPA or software development.”Companies must assume an active role to help reduce the digital talent gap because only then will we achieve a more sustainable and equitable future. Human capital has always been one of the pillars of the NEORIS business strategy. For this reason, after the success of our first edition, we have expanded the places and, on this occasion, we will train more than 150 students in the most advanced technologies on the market”, comments Cristina Valles, general director of NEORIS in Spain.About NEORIS NEORIS is a global digital accelerator with more than 22 years of experience creating disruptive solutions for companies with digital aspirations to boost their connections with customers, employees and stakeholders. It is based on creative teams with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise.NEORIS is headquartered in Florida and operates in 14 countries in the US, Europe, Latin America and India through its network of global delivery centers and design studios.Today, it has more than 5,000 employees and more More than 400 active clients worldwide More information at www.neoris.com, LiinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter.
