The conferences ‘How to create added value in the firm and for clients’, held on November 15 and 23, ended with a very positive balance and a successful call
The professional firms have enjoyed two intense days in which they have been the real protagonists. The retention of talent, the automation of tasks, the digitization of processes or communication policies have been some of the topics that have been discussed in these conferences entitled ‘How to create added value in the office and in the clients’, organized by the technology consultancy Opentix. “Digitalization has put on the table the traditional way of working that agencies and consultancies in our country have,” said Fernando Ruiz, head of Business Development at the consultancy. According to Ruiz, “professional firms must change to be more efficient and profitable. Those who begin to embrace digital transformation now will have a clear advantage over their competitors.” Both the meeting that took place at the Regional Confederation of Business Organizations de Murcia (CROEM) on the 15th and the one held at the Hotel Meliá in Alicante on the 23rd of November had two star guests. On the one hand, the attendees were able to learn with the consultant in professional offices and author of the book ‘Business strategies for the professional office’, Ignasi Vidal; and, on the other, with the CEO of Firma-e and expert in the Anti-Fraud Law, José María Ortín.Intense debate at the round tables The more than 70 professional firms that met at both events debated lively during the round tables made up of industry benchmarks.
