SYDNEY, Dec. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd (“Hithium”) and Sun Valley HK Group (“Sun Valley”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation in the energy storage business in Australia.
The MOU was signed by Hong Chen, Managing Director of Hithium, and He, Chairman of Sun Valley at Sydney’s iconic 5-star Sheraton Hyde Park hotel. The MOU signing ceremony was witnessed by Peter Hodge, Founder of BDO (one of the top 5 accounting firms in the world), Thomas Lee, Senior Partner at BDO, and Er, Managing Director of Sheraton Hyde Park. Under the agreement, Hithium and Sun Valley intend to explore various forms of cooperation on 8 solar farm projects under construction totaling about 200MW/400MWh and upcoming 400MW/800MWh projects under planning.
