MADRID, 1 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Restalia, the organized restaurant company that owns brands such as 100 Montaditos, TGB-The Good Burger, Cervecería La Sureña Jarras y Tapas, Pepe Taco and Panther Organic Coffe, points to delivery as one of its main growth channels, with a rise of up to 50%, as reported in a statement.

Specifically, if its premises continue to be hot spots when it comes to enjoying lunch and dinner, the company led by José María Fernández Capitán has positioned itself as one of the first options to enjoy ‘plans at home’, thanks to his will innovative, its proposals and its ‘smart cost’ format.

According to company data, Panther Organic Coffe’s ‘delivery’ channel has grown by 51% in the first three quarters of the year, compared to the same period in 2021, while in Pepe Taco it has been 37%, in 100 Montaditos, 35%, and, with a more mature market, TGB-The Good Burger, its ‘delivery’ brand par excellence, exceeds a growth rate of 10%.

And this, considering that both 2020 and 2021 were periods in which ‘delivery’ had a great predominance due to the restrictions of the pandemic, which augurs a “promising future” for this channel for the chain’s banners.

The firm has indicated that the change in the consumption habits of the Spanish began during the pandemic that acted as a catalyst “to metamorphose the way of consuming”.

Restoration has probably been the field where this transformation has probably experienced the most, driven, at first, by the restrictions on going out and where the option of ordering food at home experienced an exponential expansion, establishing itself as the alternative way to enjoy different proposals culinary.
