Investigators hope to be able to advance their investigation by finally identifying the young victim.

Police say the girl’s body was dumped in a shipping container near Castle Frank Street and Dale Avenue between April 28 and May 2, but her death may date back to the summer or fall 2021.

An autopsy concluded that the child was between 4 and 7 years old, that she had black skin and that she was possibly from a country in Africa or of African descent. She was about 1.07m (3’6”) tall, had all her teeth and she had four braids, tied with blue or black ribbons.

In addition to the composite portrait, the investigators revealed an image showing a dark colored Porsche Cayenne, from a model year between 2011 and 2014. The owner of this vehicle is wanted to be met by the investigators.
