Wide receiver Deebo Samuel will take part in the San Francisco 49ers’ mandatory mini-camp, which is scheduled to take place Tuesday through Thursday.

According to the ESPN network, the 26-year-old athlete was expected at the training sessions. Still, he demanded a trade in April and missed out on optional team activities afterwards. The Niners have reportedly turned down several trade offers and would like to keep Samuel in their fold.

He will receive a base salary of approximately $3.9 million next season. He will spend the last year of his rookie contract, he who was invited to the Pro Bowl last year. On 77 receptions, he had 1,405 yards and six touchdowns, adding 365 yards and eight rushing majors.
