The man surrendered Tuesday morning to the local police announcing that he had killed the woman 53-year-old. The police found next to the lifeless body of the former burgomaster of Aalst Ilse Uyttersprot CD&V), who was killed in suspicious circumstances in a house at the Meuleschettestraat.
