A man took control of a bus in Ukraine, in the city of Lutsk, taking hostage the passengers in the vehicle, according to the regional police, who relayed the event on Facebook.
“This morning, a message reached us, saying that an armed man wearing explosives has taken control of a bus in the centre of Lutsk, with hostages,” said the police. The security forces launched a “special plan” and the center of the city was completed.
