The mayors of coastal municipalities to consult with SNCB in order to better manage the influx of tourists expected this long weekend of a national holiday. They will be informed in real time of the number of people travelling by train to the sea. The railway company will put additional trains into service.
The tourism sector at the coast is expecting a big weekend. The bookings for the accommodation are displayed at their best rate since the release of the confinement and many of the day tourists are also expected.
