Tuesday, Sciensano lists an 11% increase in the average of new cases Covid-19 recorded daily during the past seven days. There are on average and 95.3 cases were being recorded each day. In total, the number of infections amounted to 62.781 in Belgium.

The rise in cases appears to be limited to the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg and Liège, highlights Sciensano. Most new infections occur currently in the active population (20-59 years).
