Since the 10 July, the Belgians and the citizens of 59 countries will not be quarantined on their arrival in England, according to a list unveiled Friday.
The Transport minister Grant Shapps is talking about a great step in the reopening of the country. According to the newspaper the Telegraph, the government had hoped to obtain a list for the whole of the United Kingdom but disagreed with the First minister of scotland Nicola Sturgeon has killed that hope.
