The HRC has expressed on Wednesday its dismay at the decision of the National Security Council (NSC) not to have made compulsory the wearing of the mask in the shops.

According to the First minister, it is difficult to explain to the population that the mask is imposed, that the pandemic is declining in Belgium. This obligation, however, could be introduced in public places in the event of a resurgence of the virus.
